Umeda Sky Building

A stunning glass and steel skyscraper, offering a 360 degree view from from its unique 39th floor lookout.

One of the best known icons of Tokyo, this 333m tall broadcast tower was built in 1958 modelled on the Eiffel Tower (but slightly taller). The observation decks at 150m and 250m can offer views of Mt. Fuji on a clear day.

Shitennoji Temple

in Tennoji, Osaka

Built in 593, considered to be the oldest temple in Japan and the first to be built by the state. Reconstructed several times but always a faithful reproduction of the 6th century design.
